- Accommodation on Twin Sharing Basis at above mentioned Hotels in base category Room.
- Extra person sharing same room extra roll away mattress will be provided.
- Meal Plan MAPAI (Daily Buffet/ fixed Menu Breakfast & Dinner in Hotel only).
- Vehicle for 02 to 04 Pax - 01 Exclusive NON-AC WAGON R / SIMILAR & 04 to 06 Pax 01 Exclusive AC XYLO / INNOVA / SIMILAR for all transfer & sightseeing as per Itinerary
- In WAGON R / SIMILAR maximum 4 Pax including child & in XYLO / INNOVA / SIMILAR maximum 6 Pax including child allowed in one vehicle
- Vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis) and destination wise vehicle will change.
- AC will not be working in hill drives.
- Permit fees & Hotel Taxes (as per itinerary)
Exclusions
- GST 5% extra
- Any meal other than specified
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, porterage.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Entry fee, Camera fees, Activity cost, Parking Charges
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Room Heater Charges.
- Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
Terms & Conditions
- Please also be informed that the above cost does not include any Surcharges which might be levied by the respective hotels during any special Events or Exhibitions taking place during the requested dates.
- We are not holding any sort of reservations for the above said travel as on the day, The price quoted is subject to change & availability of air seats based on available fare & Hotel accommodation: however, we will be happy to hold the bookings immediately on your ahead.
- Final Cost is subject to Confirmations of all above services.
- 50% deposit is to be paid while booking & full payment to be settled two weeks prior to departure date.
- If the above-mentioned hotels are not available, similar grade hotels will be provided.
- 100 % cancellation charge will apply if cancelled within 15 days prior to departure.
- The given rate is based on 17 Full Paying adults and the same will change in case of any increase or decrease in the number of passenger’s
- The Costs mentioned above are as per the currently prevailing deals and rates and are subject to change with or without prior notice.
